History

Revert Risk Management Solutions Pty Ltd is a fully registered and licensed Company that’s been in operation since the year 2000.
Revert is registered as a Level 2 Broad Based Black Economic Empowered Company which is well positioned to provide companies with meaningful and valuable services, whilst assisting them to achieve their own business, security and procurement objectives.
Transformation and inclusion is crucial to our values and upliftment of previously disadvantaged management as a core focus area since the inception of Revert.
This is the main reason why Revert has registered Revert Joint Venture as a 51% Black Owned Business, whereby 51% of the company shares are owned by previously disadvantaged management. Revert Joint Venture (Pty) Ltd trades as a stand-alone fully registered and compliant company backed up by the infrastructure, experience and skills provided by Revert Risk Management Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
Revert policies, procedures and code of conduct is strictly in accordance with all the applicable laws and authorities which govern our industry.

Training

All staff is specifically trained with the requirements of the client to which they will be assigned. On-site training is conducted by the Training Managers, Supervisors, Area and Operations Managers.

Our staff is trained to display a confident, courteous yet firm manner required to command respect and co-operation.

Revert also offers generous study assistance packages to encourage employees at all levels to improve their skills in occupationally directed disciplines.

Revert maintains a dynamic and positive interaction with the National Skills Development Strategy through participation in workplace and Sector Skills Planning initiatives.
